This makes a quick, authentic Smokey BBQ Sauce perfect for summer dining. You put it on anything meat or vegetarian dishes. Great pasted over kebabs for the last minute of grilling.
Ingredients 
250 ml water
250 ml ketchup
125 ml cider vinegar
50 ml butter
1/2 med.onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs spicy mustard
2 Tbs honey
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 beef stock cube (or vegetable)
Method

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.

Add garlic, onion, and celery.

Sauté until lightly browned.

Add water and stock cube and stir until stock cube is dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

This sauce can be left lumpy or blended according to your preference.
